Wissenschaftliches Interesse

Mein wissenschaftliches Hauptinteresse gilt der Erforschung von Möglichkeiten um die Krebstherapie bei Patienten mit rezessiv dystropher Epidermolysis bullosa. Im Speziellen wollen wir dies durch eine Steigerung des Gesamtüberlebens bei Patienten mit Plattenepithelkarzinomen mittels antidiabetischer Medikamente und Antibiotika erreichen. Darüber hinaus werten wir demographische Daten und die Inzidenz von Plattenepithelkarzinomen bei EB Patienten aus.
