Getting organised

• The EB Outpatient Clinic is a referral clinic, so please bring an official medical referral from your general practitioner or specialist to the examination.
• Also, please send us photos and the medical results of the patient in advance. This will help us to make the best possible preparations for your visit.
• Our examinations usually take place on an outpatient basis. Patients are not admitted to hospital.
• Please remember to organise an interpreter if you need one. Examinations and consultations in German and English can be carried out without an interpreter.
• For dental services, we cooperate with the dental practice “Zahnärztinnen für Kinder” (Female Dentists for Children) in the MEDICENT in Salzburg (Tel.: +43 662 90 10-23 00, E-mail: office@kinderzahn.at). Dental appointments must be arranged by the patients themselves.

Accommodation

The Ronald McDonald Kinderhaus very kindly supports us by offering inexpensive accommodation for children under the age of 18 and their families (if rooms are available).

Getting there & parking

The EB-Haus Austria is located on the grounds of the General Hospital Salzburg and can be found in Building D, Entrance D4.

Parking

With a few exceptions, parking is only permitted in the multi-storey car park and on the barrier-free parking spaces in the clinic area. Parking in the clinic area is more expensive than in the multi-storey car park.

There are a number of accessible parking spaces available on the grounds for the duration of your treatment. A valid EU parking permit in accordance with Section 29b is required to use these spaces. The permit must be placed in a clearly visible position behind the windscreen. Before leaving, please contact the porter in person or via the intercom to be allowed to exit free of charge.

Your sat-nav will find the multi-storey car park most easily using the address Rudolf-Biebl-Straße 10, 5020 Salzburg.

Public transport
The EB House can also be easily accessed by public transport. There is a city train station at both ends of the clinic grounds, and many bus routes pass by the hospital.
