Research statement

The aim of my master thesis is the visualisation of miRNA in cell culture and tissue of recessive-dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (RDEB) patients using immunofluorescence based in-situ hybridization.
It should be possible to show more EB-relevant molecules using just one sample and also reduce the amount of biopsies taken from patients with rare diseases.
